We are a family run company with a pizzeria cafe in Merstham, Redhill. We also have another site in Walton on The Hill & Norwood Junction. Alongside our restaurant locations, the Pizza Project caters for weddings and parties using our mobile wood - fired pizzerias.
We specialise in authentic pizzas having been trained by Italy's renowned National Pizza College (SNP) During the week we can be found in the streets of South London and Surrey.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Pizza Chef to join our team, in this fast paced venue where the emphasis is on great food, great drinks, and an all round great guest experience.

You must be able to:
Run a service efficiently, managing the preparation of all foods including making dough by hand and to be able to work with a wood fired or gas pizza oven.
Meet restaurants financial objectives and control performance with the help of the General Manager.
Control food inventory by working with suppliers and stock control.
Maintain a good customer satisfaction by offering a high quality product through Restaurant service and delivery partners, whilst working to the high standards maintained throughout the company.
Inspire, motivate and train Junior staff.
Follow Company health and safety guidelines and cleaning procedures.
Experience in a fast paced independent pizza restaurant.
Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently with all staff members equally and have a can do enthusiastic attitude.
Committed to following company guidelines and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
at least 2 years experience in a similar restaurant role.
