We are looking for a head pizza chef with at least 3 years experience with Neapolitan pizza in a wood fired oven. We are looking for a person with passion and enthusiasm to produce outstanding pizzas and to help manage and lead a junior team. Excellent team working skills required and good English.
Working week is flexible with 40-45 hours/week, 1 guaranteed day off/week, with 28 days paid annual leave. We pay a bonus monthly that is proportional to sales (profit share on top of wage). We are a small pizzeria with limited seating and small kitchen space but high volume sales on takeaway (2000+ pizzas/week). Cost of living is low in Sheffield so our wage is very good. This would be a great opportunity for someone to make a move from London.
