Pizza Chef required for well-established Gastro pub & restaurant near Egham. Working closely with the head chef and other Pizza Chef, you will be asked to prepare cook and serve artisan pizza and breads [AM1]using specialist Pizza Oven. The right candidate will also be given the opportunity and training to work in the main kitchen when required.
The successful Pizza Chef candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in either a branded or independent pizza operation, have good kitchen and hygiene knowledge and be passionate about food produced.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pizza Chef looking to develop their career working with fresh, seasonal food in a lovely environment.
Be able to create Pizza dough from scratch.
Must be able to work as part of a team.
Be keen to learn new Kitchen Management Skills.
Must be passionate about food and have the ability to work under pressure.
