Who we are:
The Italian Greyhound Restaurant & Bar from Australian duo the Bernardi brothers has been relaunched as an new Marylebone destination after an extensive refurbishment now newly nameed as 'The Italian Greyhound'. The Italian Greyhound makes way for casual, modern Italian and Australian dining in stunning new surrounds with a larger bar area. At the Helm is Head Chef Yohei Furuhashi - ex River Café and Petersham Nurseries. This is a chance to put the new concept firmly back on the map so we are after someone with experience in new openings, running restaurants and or high-end food-led gastropubs and bars.
In your role as our new Pizza Chef
- You will be responsible to work in a specific section alongside other Chef de Parties
- Demonstrate excellent customer service which is of paramount importance to The Italian Greyhound.
In order to succeed in this role, our ideal Pizza Chef will be:
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry
- Passionate about working with fresh season produce
- Excellent at communicating at all levels
- Experienced- with 6 months minimum experience as Pizza Chef working in fast paced and busy restaurant
- Ideally have experience in Italian cuisine but not essential
