Pizza Chef

The ideal Candidate must be trained to make Neapolitan style pizza. Be able to chop and slice vegetables and cured meat for toppings, execute customers orders. Must have hands -on experience with preparing and baking pizza dough, familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and brick or stone oven. Understanding of food hygiene, good time management skills, team spirit, flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
