25-40 hours depending on candidate fit
Shifts vary with daytime hours focusing on preparing dough and ingredients ready for the evening and weekend services where you'll be stretching dough or cooking in our Neapolitan Stefano Ferrara oven.
- Our focus is pizza, slow fermented (72 hours +) sourdough base and toppings, but we also make a range of gelato and complimentary sides. We have an open kitchen for customers to watch pizzas being made.
- Ideally you'll have worked in a fast-paced restaurant and due to the delicacy of our sourdough, a solid foundation and competence in mixing, shaping and baking bread or pizza is preferred. However training will be provided so as long as you're focused, energetic and looking to improve we can teach you.
- We are always striving to improve what we do, how we do it and ultimately what we offer, providing a consistently high standard of food. Mastering our core service will be a primary focus during the initial period but there will be ample opportunity for developing new menu items or organising events.
