Pizzeria Luca is a brand with three Pizzerie in Copenaghen with an average of 500 pizzas/day served between the three restaurants.
Our high hydration dough with 72 hours of leavening is the hero of our restaurants and to make sure that all our employees are able to work with that and keep up with the standard we offer continuous training courses on dough handling techniques.
In all the restaurants we use electric Neapolitan Owen from Izzo.
We offer multiple types of contracts both full and part time.
Full time is with a minimum warranty of 160 hours per month with 5 working days per week. All the full time positions have included different benefits as private pension scheme with PFA, health insurance, maternity/paternity leave 6/3 months with 100% of salary coverage.
