We're looking for a 3rd Pizzaiolo to join the team for prep and service in a growing business. We can offer a 35+ hour weekly contract, with a view to promotion to head chef within 6-12 months as a second site is opened. Friendly small team, reasonable working hours, high quality product that you can be proud to put on a plate.
The following are a bonus but not a prerequisite:
- experience hand stretching and cooking neapolitan style pizza, including high hydration doughs.
- experience in making and balling dough
- experience in food safety management in kitchens.
- prep of basic pizza ingredients.
