We are an independent pizzeria based in Halifax, West Yorkshire. Our dough is made on-site daily and fermented for a minimum of 24 hours. Our pizzas our stretched by hand, topped with the highest quality, fresh Italian ingredients and cook in just 90 seconds, to Neapolitan perfection!
We are looking for an experienced and passionate pizza chef/pizzaiolo who has knowledge and experience of using a wood/gas fired brick pizza oven and can confidently demonstrate the Neapolitan techniques with fresh dough. You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant with both restaurant and takeaway platforms simultaneously, whilst maintaining cleanliness and organisation. You must have at least 2 years experience working for a reputable Italian pizzeria, and will be jointly responsible for leading and training a small team of kitchen staff, so must have a real passion for team development.
Job Types: Full-time, 4 day week. Sundays and Mondays off.
